Families can play star forward
Any family can grab the ball and make a subsidy play by paying more than the $40 minimum fee for their first appointment. Every dollar counts, and any amount your family chooses to pay extra will go in the 'communication currency for kids' subsidy pot to help other families and children. Your family will then be a Community Partner helping to build a sustainable, subsidised speech-language therapy service for children.
We look forward to helping your family help your child, while together we also help other families help their children!

Referrers can be MVPs
Any school, ECE, or other service involved with children can choose to become a Dedicated Referrer with an annual subscription investment in the 'communication currency for kids' shared funding initiative of $500 or more. With their subscription investment, these most valuable referrers can set up 2 winning passes for families:
The greater a referrer's commitment, the greater the family subsidies and referrer benefits available. The greater the family subsidies available, the greater families' access to speech-language therapy, and the greater the child wellbeing gains. And the greater the child wellbeing gains, the greater the benefit for everyone involved in their organisation, and for their organisation's bottom line.

We throw the ball back in the subsidy game
But wait, there's more! As well as a subsidised first appointment, Speechie's family subsidy packages include free payment plans and a subsidised comprehensive communication screening and initial assessment. Some packages also include a subsidised follow up appointment after the assessment. (An additional subsidy may be available to help pay for intervention through the WINZ Disability Allowance. Depending on the subsidy package your child's school or ECE has locked in, access to our intervention subsidy scheme may be included as well.)
Speechie also pays any late cancellation fees and any no-show fees collected into the subsidy pot.

Families can score tries
Families can take the subsidy ball over the try line as many times as they want by choosing to pay more than the subsidised minimum fees - not just once at the start, but for every subsidised service they receive. The more that families can pay to help grow subsidies and make them sustainable, the bigger the win for children and families - now, and into the future.
The community can kick for a conversion
Any person, business, organisation, group, or family in the crowd can choose to become a Community Partner and get in the subsidy game for children with Communication Disorders. Community Partners can kick the subsidy ball through the posts by investing in the 'communication currency for kids' shared funding initiative. All investments are paid forward in full through subsidised services to directly reduce out-of-pocket costs for families.
And when kids and families win, everybody wins!
